Journaling is easily one of my favorite ways to self reflect and get my feelings out. There’s something about getting my thoughts out of my head and onto paper. Not only is journaling therapeutic, but it’s scientifically proven to improve depression.
If you haven’t already, incorporating journaling into your overall wellness routine is transformative. I start every journal with 1 thing I’m grateful for, and I think it helps to take a moment, and think about what I’m appreciative for before getting into all my feels.
