In 2023, weâre switching it up and rebranding ourselves as many times as necessary. At any point in life you can decide to change. What your life becomes is what you make of it. This year weâre stepping into our dream girl era and becoming the best version of ourselves.
Itâs time we stop limiting ourselves, and truly step into our power. As feminine women and dream girls in the making our time and energy is valuable. So use it wisely!
If you are ready to become the best version of yourself and prepared to dedicate yourself to the results then read on. This is how to step into your dream girl era and become the best version of yourself:
Visualize your dream girl
What are her daily habits? What time does she wake up? Her routines? How does she spend her day? Hobbies?
Get out a piece of paper and write down everything about your dream girl that you can think of. You need to be as detailed as possible! Without a roadmap itâs easy to get lost in the process. Words carry so much power, and by getting them onto paper youâre literally speaking her into existence.
Create a vision board (something you can pin on your wall or set as a screensaver). You will need to see it daily, so that you will be constantly reminded of who youâre working to become. Manifestations can happen very quickly when weâre focused. The more you visualize, and focus on becoming the woman that you want to become the quicker it will become your reality.
Compare yourself vs your dream girl
This part may be a little tough.*
However, in order for us to grow itâs important that weâre brutally honest with ourselves. Does your dream girl wake up early and go to the gym everyday meanwhile you can barely get up before noon and havenât exercised in months? Or is she making good money while living her passion while youâre stuck at a job you hate?
To become the best version of yourself you have to be honest about where you are and how you need to grow. Only then can you fix whatâs holding you back. If you cannot be honest about what needs to change then odds are likely things wonât change.

Letâs face it, we all have habits that are not serving us in becoming the woman of our dreams. We all have things we need to change so we can go to the next level. There is no magic pill for change, but it starts by looking in the mirror, being honest, taking accountability for ourselves, and making a plan. Which leads me to my next pointâŚ
Create better habits and routines
This part will require the most patience. Itâs been said on average it takes 90 days to develop new habits. Which means with *consistency* in 3 months your new routines will be established.
Unfortunately the reality is: it usually takes a lot longer to establish new routines. Simply because we are creatures of comfort and growth is often painful⌠(hint: why itâs called âgrowing painsâ), and so most of us will try to avoid it.
But by delaying and procrastinating it only does a disservice to your future self. The girl of your dreams is depending on you to make the necessary changes today for a better tomorrow. Itâs especially important that you have a morning routine and that you follow is faithfully. If you can do that, I promise you the rest is so much easier.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals
To become the best version of yourself set goals and stick to them. I like to use google calendar in addition to my daily planner. If weâre being honest a lot of success comes down to time management, and doing what weâre supposed to when weâre supposed to.
If you find yourself repeatedly falling short of reaching your goals change you level of effort, not the goal. At the beginning of each month you should have about 3-4 (this is a good number because itâs achievable) goals that you would like to accomplish for the month. Break your monthly goal into in down into weeks (maybe 1-2 goals a week), and each day just work towards the goal of the week.
PRO TIP: Try not to add too many new routines at once. Add one new thing, do that for a week or two, then add something else to your routine.
As an example:
Monthly goals:
- Plan content for the month (4 blog posts, newsletters, and new pins)
- Create a morning routine
- Exercise Mon-Thurs for at least 30 mins
Weekly goals:
- Go for a run Mon-Thurs 7-7:30a (some days this may be a 5 min walk around the block, but itâs the effort of getting up and out of the bed that matters the most â focus on consistency not intensity)
- Figure out the topics I want to discuss
- come up with 4 blog titles
- come up with newsletter ideas (4)
- keywords search
Daily goals:
- work on blog from 7-8p every week day
- Daily schedule
- 6:45a wake up
- 7 â 7:30a exercise
- 7:30 â 8a breakfast
- 8 â 8:15a journal/affirmations
- 8:15 â 9a get dress
- 9a leave house
Stick to the plan
Now that you have a plan hereâs the kicker: you have to stick to it in order for it to work!
Along the road to becoming the best version of yourself and ultimately stepping into your dream girl era, there will be roadblocks and obstacles. There are going to be days where you donât feel like doing anything, and other days where your goals feel impossible to reach.
Remember: nothing worth having comes easy, and this journey will be no different. If you need a break take one! Itâs a marathon not a race, and in the game of life great things take time. But no matter what emotion you go through, as youâll probably go through all of them, get back up and try again.
I promise with consistency and faith anything is possible. Youâre going to need faith to get you through the struggle, and youâll need consistency to reach your goals. No matter what, be steadfast, and stick to the plan!

Be gentle with yourself
Life is hard enough, and being hard on yourself only makes things harder. Your haters will have enough criticism to last you a lifetime. They donât need your help. If becoming the best version of yourself was easy every woman would be the woman of her dreams, and jealousy in girl world wouldnât exist, but as we all know thatâs not the world we live in.
Allow yourself grace while you blossom into a beautiful flower. When starting any new endeavor kindness to yourself during the process is what makes it enjoyable vs unbearable.
Be patient
Lastly, but nonetheless important, be patient.
I cannot stress the importance of this enough. Youâre young (if I know my readers youâre anywhere between the ages of 16-35). The best parts of life havenât even come yet, but you think you should somehow already have figured it out.
âmaybe if my childhood was differentâ âI wish I didnât waste so much timeâ etc. Iâm here to tell you that thereâs plenty of time to become exactly who you want to be.
Great things take time, and seeds that are planted do not harvest overnight. Be patient, but determined. Take it one day at a time, and before you know it your new habits will become a part of you daily routine effortlessly.
Social media would have us all believe weâre all under accomplished and itâs easy to go from 0 to 100 in 6 months. But if you just dedicate 30 minutes a day to focus and embody your dream girl before you know it you will slowly, but surely become her.
